Our Story: A Legacy of Innovation in Landscape Design
Founded in 1976 by Charles “Randy” Randolph, Lifescape began as one of Denver’s first high-touch design-build landscape companies. Inspired by a trip to California, Randy envisioned bringing luxury outdoor living solutions to Colorado’s unique environment. Operating from a charming Victorian home in uptown Denver, he built a company that combined artistry, craftsmanship, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
In the years since, Michael Hupf, a Nebraska native with a Stanford MBA, took the helm and expanded Lifescape’s vision. Through his leadership, Lifescape evolved into a full-service landscape architecture, construction, and property care firm, earning national recognition for its expertise.
