Our Lifescape internship program isn’t just an initiative; it’s a vital part of our vision and recruitment strategy. Our commitment to connecting education and practice has always defined Lifescape Colorado’s careers.
The main objective of our internship program is to provide a professional and realistic preview of green industry careers. We offer a wide range of 8-12-week rotational experiences in the following departments:
- Design – Inventory, Rendering, Design, Sales, Construction
- Construction – Project Management, Masonry, Design-Build Construction
- Property Care – Account Management, Irrigation, Enhancements, Weekly Maintenance
- Departmental Rotation Program – Interns will gain experience in multiple aspects of a department by rotating through essential components of that division. A mentor will be assigned to you based on your focus or needs. Your mentor will guide you through Lifescape and the landscape industry. Throughout the 8-12 week program, you’ll also have biweekly check-ins with the People Operations department. The internship concludes with a project presentation that delves deep into the organization. We encourage interns to focus on efficiency, cost-saving, or any aspect that improves Lifescape. The winning project could be implemented by Lifescape in the future.
